What u only stated was the write up about the law setting up the university. Did you care to check the structures Peter Obi erected there? A comedian on Twitter even put up a video of those structures in response to Reno's foolish questions. The structures Peter Obi put up there are so massive ( go and verify). We are waiting for hungry Reno to bring out the $10, 000 as the comedian's video was so comprehensive.
