Wike appointed care taker chairmen only after the High Court dissolved those who came in through the election conducted by Gov. Amaechi as not to create a vaccum.
In Gov. Sim case it's entirely different. The State Assembly have preinformed the governor to conduct the LG election before the expiration of those who are chairmen so that the issue of caretaker chairmen will not finds it's place for such practice is unconstitutional.

This is just an academic exercise. After all there numerous Supreme courts against Governors who sack elected Local Government Chairmen to appoint Care taker. Yet Governors still go ahead to appoint same. There are also Supreme court Judgement in favour of Sacked LGA against some Governors.
However the tenure of these set of Chairmen will end and at their expiration, there is no law that permits the Assembly or any one to extend their tenure, so at that time we will see who is the Governor.
Fubara is not shouting.

Even the FG frowns at LG caretaker chairmen appointment. Irrespective of political affiliation and sentiment let the right thing be done and let there be positive onward movement.

I hope you are also aware that those house members seats have long been declared vacant. They are not representatives of any constituencies in the eyes of the law. Nigerians have been expecting INEC to fix a date when elections will be conducted to fill the vacant seats.
