Hello People. 

Just another American here who hopes to visit Africa one day, especially Nigeria.  On to the question:

I was listening to a speech about the condition of American society and the speaker mentioned that according to the American Medical Association, the stress levels in USA are twice the global average and four times the average stress level in Nigeria. 

What is it about Nigerian culture that keeps the people more relaxed about daily life than people in the USA?
