madjune: You need to be smart enough to distinguish war propaganda from actual facts. Russia has more grain than Ukraine, so how can Ukraine be supplying 70% of the world's wheat ? Make it make sense. When reading, use your brain to analyse what you read before just believing it. Nigerians used to be better at analysing information, but your current generation of Nigerians is just like a bunch of brain-dead zombies. 1 Like |

Sermwell: These are not the main support system one needs to win a major political post in this country. If you like hire bandits if you lack those supports, your lost is very certain. And again those you mentioned,do you think they would break a sweat if there's no benefits or future potential benefits for them? To hire thugs cost money. Bloggers and their ilks also need money to defend whatever shit you want them to. These people are also far from loyal,if you don't give out the right incentives to them, then your plans are already dead on arrival. The point is you need solid political and financial backings to secure a major political post in this country. Not the support of some trivial "MASSES". That's why obidients sounds annoying to me. They keep attacking poor "masses" that they voted tinubu. Anyways the joke is on them. Tinubu is a political heavyweight compared to a featherweight peterobi. |

SouthSouth1914:what is wrong with saving and spending in dollars as an individual?Nigeria is a country and should not allow itself to be tossed about by the whims and caprices of foreign economy,if we produced the bulk of the items we source for dollars to import, the local currency would not be so vulnerable. |

He made some valued point here but unfortunately Nigeria is in the hands of hoodlums and criminals thereby making it difficult for the technocrat to come in. Nigeria is in the hands of those hooligans who sat at the back or on the window during lecture time. Unfortunate situation |
Re: No Short Cut To Naira Appreciation, Says Ned Nwoko by Ghostagain: 8:13pm On Apr 28 |
Arabk25:If you are smart, then it's best you sit at the back or else you would have all eyes on you 🤣 You should have kept "sat at the window" and removed "sat at the back". It is a rookie mistake to sit at the front when you are going to interject in the lecture a lot. 2 Likes |

TouchNfollow:In a NutShell, Nigeria Should 100% Join BRICS and Abolish the Uselessly Useless, good for nothing, Parasitic, Petrodollar System of the Anglo-America or NATO. But if that must happen, Tinubu must be either democratically impeached or Militarily Overthrown because the man, A fellow Oduduwan like myself is shockingly Anti-Nigeria Development and yes Anti-Africa entirely. A man who is Totally Signatory to World Bank, WHO and I.M.F rules and orders over Nigeria and West-Africa. A disgrace to we sensible South Westerners! No this is not an Abuse because what do you call a man who wants to start killing fellow Blacks on the Orders of those Oloriburuku Western European Parasitic Colonizers? |

udomonday: Haha.., this is a lawmaker who joined the bandwagon to pad your budget in excess of billions in USD. Are you oblivious of the bigger picture I am trying to paint? This guy probably doesn’t know what the fuel price is or have ever bought fuel. This same dude. Oils have borrowed billions in one of our local banks without paying etc! While these may be allegations, but the political elite in Nigeria are always connected to one scandal or the other! You can feign ignorance, but armrest you have an idea what I am talking about. |

Western countries do have foreign reserves abroad but it's not in the form of cash. Foreign "INVESTMENT"!! |

Ghostagain: I'm not surprised. Typical aggressive Nigerian. Read my texts all over again, and more calmly to understand its message. I never argued that Russia doesn't have wheat or doesn't supply wheat...with global sanctions, their earnings in this regards shouldn't be optimal. But, that's not the point. What I'm saying is: As the war rages, don't you see that the US, Canada and Australia have replaced Ukraine as major wheat exporters? On the global stage? There are even so many other smaller nations making efforts to cash in. Ghana is one of them. What stops our economic think tanks from looking at possibilities? |
