Let me speak from my experience as a practitioner and a professional in this field I said in an earlier thread that all Ocean Coastline in Nigeria belong to the Federal Government and they are the only entity that can issue titles in that regards,I am not capping but I was taught this in my University Undergrads days I have challenged Landmark to seek legal redress because this is a very huge investment and we need to settle this matter of who really owns the Ocean Coastline once and for all I also challenged Landmark to publish his documents to the general public and also for everyone involved to openly produce all certified drawings and plans of both the old abd new coastal roads Sometimes it is better to keep quiet before you get all the facts 244 Likes 25 Shares |

He works for an opposition TV station that see everything based on tribe Guys kindly look at the picture below, some people said government need to destroy all the properties in the red lines to build way for the coastal high way, while properties on the yellow line need to be left because Landmark beach resort is situated there Now think for yourself which of the lines below in the picture is likely to create more harm and damage, the red or yellow You can see how the red lines are all occupied by buildings and businesses while the buildings in the yellow lines are scanty Lets be factual, it is not as if land mark building was destroyed. The beach front was destroyed to create way for a government project that will ease travelling for everyone and those living in the axis. Coastal shorelines are owned by the federal government, we all know that. some section of the country want government to destroy all those properties and businesses on the red axis and leave the yellow one because an igbo man own a property there. you can clearly see the amount of damage that will be done if government destroy the properties and businesses on the red axis compared to the yellow axis 58 Likes 7 Shares

In Nigeria, new government destroys an existing economy to build another just as an opportunity to loot the treasury. New government abandons ongoing projects to start new ones just as an opportunity to open new avenue to loot the treasury. Just a cycle to loot. 57 Likes 2 Shares |

My Own is has the road construction started? It's like they were in a hurry to demolish landmark. Let's face it, I believe its time outsiders stop investing in Lagos. Likewise they should stop taking Niger Delta Oil to Lagos. Since only yorubas can vote in Lagos, our Oil should also be excluded 47 Likes 3 Shares |

If Tinubu does not complete this project before he lives office and people begin to reap the benefit, this will become the ghost that will hurt him and the west in years to come. The project is good 👍 The timing is great 👍 But the processing is faulty, so in two against 1, the project is good to go. But what happened to the East - West Road? Won't the same thing happen to this one? May God help Tilumbu for us OOO Nigeria will be great again. 10 Likes |

No achievement, no fuel even at high prices , no federal road completed , pots holes on every highway which robbers utilize to rob, kill and kidnap, no electricity etc and somebody decided to destroy a $200m worth of investments for a road that would not be completed in the next 15-20 years because they thought they are doing igbos…tomorrow same fools will travel to abroad to look for foreign investors..smh 8 Likes 1 Share |
