I wish I could condemn Nigeria military but I honestly can't.

Its your choice. You are free to make that choice.

sagitariusbaby:
Those on the battlefield are doing all the could to keep this country safe but the ogas at the top are hell bent on making life miserable for them.

^^^
You are making excuses for them - and Nigerians are tired of excuses. This war against boko haram terrorists has been on for one and half decades and we still do not have a conclusive, decisive victory. undecided We were told for years that this army was the biggest, the best and the most badass - and people believed the hype because there was no real threat to national security. All of that changed when boko haram came on the scene.

If the army 'ogas at the top' are brutalizing their subordinates - that is their internal problem. Civilians have nothing to say or do about it.

sagitariusbaby:
They are not properly equipped not because there is no fund for that but that some untouchables who are in high command, who are also enemies of this nation would never allow that but instead they are busy diverting such funds.

^^^
undecided

There is never any money to buy equipment to fight terrorists...but somehow there's always enough money to buy guns, bullets and petrol to destroy entire villages and settlements whenever servicemen are killed by unknown individuals. No thorough investigation, no panel of inquiry, nothing.

There's no money to buy equipment to fight ISWAP and boko haram but somehow there is always funding to shoot, kill and maim villagers indiscriminately in any area where servicemen are killed by rogue elements. undecided. No attempt to arrest and prosecute the real offenders. The entire population - old, young, male, female etc must be made to pay (some with their lives) for the crimes of a few. undecided Is this the way?

The truth is what it is. It doesn't care what we think - it will remain what it is, now and forever more.
