fumi u are on assignment wherever you find yourself. Motivation comes from within Ist. i used to think they were tribalistic before untill recently. Please Go and Happen anywhere. my dear BTreasure u said it all, I THINK HER SISTER WORKS UNDER A BRANCH WHERE THERES SO MUCH PRESSURE, as for me. diamond is a good bankkk, i do access a bank from the looks of their staff and security men at the gate, the staff there are always cheerful and always say thank u, and is always ready to attend to u, unlike in banks like UBA where a staff can even shout at customers, To me, if a staff is cheerful then the managemnet is good and the bank good too, atleast i can identify false smile or cheerfulness when i see one,
