Every country has its own constitution.
Rwanda is also practicing democracy but their president is doing his 5th term or also, I am not sure.

Who told you his people loved him? Do you watch international news? You can't protest in Russia without being arrested. What happened to Navalny Alexei in Russian prison? What about his closest rival that was disqualified from contesting in the election-Boris Nadezhdin? Press freedom is not in existence in Russia.All his other oppositions are either silenced or in exile.Putin is a dictator and Russians aren't happy, but unfortunately, they can't do anything about it but it doesn't mean they loved him.
