I agree with Olisa Agbakoba’s point. Any law that is directly inconsistent with a provision of the Constitution is null and void to the extent of the inconsistency. Any law that process for the collection of a levy that can be spend without National Assembly appropriation is illegal and unconstitutional. We should all encourage Agbakoba to take the matter to court for judicial pronouncement.
