@godstino UI don't offer predegree they only do DLC and considering the course u want to go for with ur o'level well it is Ok that is if u can score 280 upward in ur JAMB and if u can't score up to that, it is advisable for u to choose a lower course n with 200 upward u are good to go.

@hopsydboi with this type of outstanding result which after I have calculated it u have 46 already that is if u choose to use c.r.s or 40 is if u choose to use comm but it is advisable 4 u to sit 4 c.r.s in ur JAMB and score 230 upward to assure u of writing the p-utme. Best of luck.

Hello,I want 2 study pharmacy at UI, Here is my waec result: Eng=B2,Maths=B2,Phy=A1,Chem=B3,Bio=B2,Geo=A1,Agric=B3,Econs=B2, pls i want 2 knw d score i need 2 hav in jamb nd d previous cutoff for pharmacy, And what are my chances if i choose UI ast my second choice,

@godstino the full meaning of DLC is Distance Learning Centre, it is just like a part-time program.

calculate their point for O'level
and JAMB.
For O'level:
A1 - 6points
B2 - 5points
B3 - 4points
C4 - 3points
C5 - 2points
C6 - 1point
that is in your 5 relevant subject
For JAMB:
Any thing u score divided by 10
so now add your O'level points
2gether and times it by 2
anything u score plus it with u
JAMB score that have been
divided by ten. Then that shows
u your chances of qualifying 4 d
post-ume.

@Izzyguy u have 55 already u just need to score 200 upward and u are good to go because U.I cut-off 4 pharmacy merit 4 d previous year was 71.5. So u are good to go.

@hopsydboi the subject u choose are ok but it is in between crs or literature-in-eng.

@sgd I think Zoology should be the best option bc it was 52.9 for d prv year or Botany, that is if u can score 289 upward. Bc botany was 57.9 for the previous year.

@kenJADE pls what do you mean by 50:50 are u saying 50% 4 d o'level n 50% 4 JAMB. Well dat is not what they did, they still used their 60:40 n they are now paying more attention on putme. If u are admitted this year or know anyone that was admitted calculate d scores very well n u will c dat am right. Kudos

Well I was admitted dis year so I can tell yuu wat dey used for us. And d post utme is 100 questions. Supposedly ur jamb subjects

I got physiology by second choice though I know choosing UI as first choice is better. And post utme questions re easier dan Jamb questions
