If we want to get right in the next election, we have to start now. INEC has a four-year interval to do everything right but they won't because it's the most dependent, corrupt and destabilising institution that has humbled Nigeria and Nigerians.
The National Assembly on the other hand is their faithful accomplice. They compromise everything so the rots will continue. It's only in the rots they can loot and steal. The more the rots, the more the loots. Of course you can't loot in a decent society.
So one can't imagine why electronic voting can't work in Nigeria. One can't imagine why INEC can't be separated from the dangerously corrupt presidency and one can't imagine while Nigerians can't stand their grounds to fight for their survival but choose to die like chicken, allowing smelly and corrupt judges to collude and upturn the people's choice. There is no glory in fear, let's get INEC to be responsible and see our pains disappear.
