Matthew 9:14 14 Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not? Ive heard some people say Christians don't need to fast again based on the above scripture. Is fasting still valid today ? I want us to discuss the importance of fasting , the what,whyand how?
