Honestly, i'm lost for words. The people around there need to save the footage/pics they have on their phones and hand it over to the human rights commission (forget the police). The animals wearing uniform that did this need to be hunted down and made an example of; nobody sent you out to kill a poor unarmed boy in cold blood, in the name of crowd control.

Honestly, there needs to be a complete overhaul and re-orientation of ALL security agencies to let them understand they serve to protect the people first and foremost.
