I've been thinking of what could possibly happen at the end of January 2012 to those employed by non governmental organisations.

l know govt workers would surely get paid but for private coy employees


For me, it was last friday 6th january 2012 that i did something productive for my firm. Though during the strike, i still do some skeletal official assignment at home and communicate results/outcomes electronically. However no income is generated therefrom due to the strike.

My questions are as follows:

Are we private establishment employees going to get paid once the strike is called off despite not working?


If We do get paid, do we deserve to get paid?
