I put my gtbank atm card in an intercontinental bank machine during the strike and the screen of the machine went white. I went to the bank today only to be told that I should apply fot a new card. Is that normal practice?. |

No ,it is not normal. Walk into the bank and tell you WANT your card. I have never seen where such is done. |
