I seek your expert advice on the best and fastest way to burn fat of the belly. the MOST important question here IS: does SHE truly want to lose the extra weight?

You can't lose belly fat unless you change your eating habits and do some cardiovascular exercises like swimming, walking, running, skating, jumping rope and rowing. You can do sit-ups and crunches all day long but if you don't change the things mentioned previously, forget it.

Now to encourage him to exercise, tell him your doctor told you to start a fitness program and will you walk with me 3 days a week. If you already exercise, tell him you need motivation and can you exercise with me.

As far as eating, he can start by eating on a smaller plate and no going back for seconds. Tell him you are doing the same and can he keep you motivated.
