Exam malpractises have been in existences for ages and it has eaten deep into the educational system from primary school throught secondary and to tertiary institution. It has been the only way that teachers have been able to carter for their need financially sequel to the epileptic nature of their Salary. Parents are also encouraging it as well because the most brilliant students are not encourage to study their books anymore. |
