pls kindly help me out, all my friends nokia e7 can access the new update but i v searched for it upteen times thru nokia update but i cant still access

Maybe the version for your product code isnt out yet. . .except you change your product code.

What's your product code?Be patient 'cos Nokia is still uploading updates,one product code at a time.

Make sure u use suite 3.3 and above.

i v already upgraded my nokia ovi suite to the latest version. May be i shld still wait a while like u said but how can i change my product code?

First you'd need to find the product code of those that have upgraded then you change ur's with it via pc and a third party sw . . . .but why the stress ? . . .just wait patiently and your upgrade wuld be ready.
