Reference:^^^^ sad but true. No team 'fears' us again, and with the record this present crop of players are displaying, we might soon be history in african football. The fact is african competition needs african players!@djmelllowshe, i disagree, zambia coach rene harvard faced us in last nations cup, and it was just stroke of luck that we knocked them out, and he came then with local players! It's time we do away with these foreign based that comes in less than 24hrs and we expect a miracle from them. How i wish we were banned by President Jonathan two years ago. |

Na wa oo, everybody calling for home based. We Nigerians are never satisfied If Keshi had played all homebased and the game ends in a loss or draw, the same people will say: the home based are not experienced enough, why did he not play the pros, Osaze scored 5 goals in 2 games, he is on fire, Yakubu has scored 14 goals in the EPL, bla bla bla. by the way, Etuhu is the laziest player I have ever seen, worse than Mikel |

Let's stop sponsoring football. Start promoting ballet dancing. Or draughts. |

Siasia's a better than keshi, end of story. Siasia's team would have beaten this Rwandan team even if its by a goal. Yakubu might be one of the best strikers in the world with his back to goal, but he will never function without a good midfield. Keshi has never been a good tactician, and neither is amokachi. All you guys talking about local players and what not, has it occurred to you guys that our league might not be as good as its hyped out to be?? the good players in Nigeria are not in the league, end of story. |

l know the mafia in the glass house and in collaboration of big players plot the sacking of SIASIA how matches did he play how many did he won, draw or lose before they hurriedly sack him. the player that about i did not pray they should have injury but if they had will you go another country to loan player you people think straight. i know the plot that throw out siasia they are still there for Keshi |

If it was siasia perhaps we would have lost rather than a draw. yes the league might be over-hyped but isnt the Egyptian league over hyped aswell? yet the players were superb. Who knows zambian league? yet their home based players but up a rugged african determination at the last afcon and won. |

breezy147:Zambian League sucks. their players play in DRC and South-Africa. at least SA has all kinds of infrastructures. but DRC has only 3 stadiums. damn shame. I even whish we had a decent number of stadiums as those of Nigeria. But anyways. DRC League is tough. Nigerian's under performence in the last 2 years . The problem is the oganization of the team. when one looks at the whole team. from Enyema to Obi to Musa and the whole bench is another talented team. Its just one of those years when a team shrinks, but it will be back again. Just don't know how long it will be down. But anyways. Nigeria is the most constant team in the last almost 20 year. why? It been getting in the Semi-Final and Final. |
