Most basic or general mathematics test books don't have anything from those deloitte questions. If you had said further mathematics or engineering mathematics. A lot more people would have come prepared.

Please what's outright mathematics? I've never heard of anything like that. Thanks for trying to help but never said time make it easier for people to understand you. Information needs to be understood for communication to take place.

You will live long. I don't perceive ''obscure helping'' as helping at all, infact someone asked him to expatiate on what he meant by mathematics, there was no response. Let's assume there was nothing as nairaland, the onus to succeed is still on us, but no one should say he or she was clear enough in assisting us.

Did the first people that wrote get any assistance from any body? We even tried to tell u guys what's up.. Tho me I didn't do further maths in school so I could not tell...

Well i got a regret mail after the partner interview but here goes:

After the test, there's a panel interview. Study your CV back to back, be prepared to defend any/everything you have on it if you're asked. Then the basic tell us about yourself, why deloitte, yadayada. .


If you're successful at the panel interview, you'll be invited for the partner interview. That's you and a partner in the department. Honestly don't feel I'm in the best position to give advice since I obviously failed at this stage.. it's basically about the partner getting to know you and determining if you're the best person for the job. Not sure what I did wrong here but..

Oh and pray. At the end of the day, it's God's will that'll come to pass.

The guys emailing and asking for past questions, THERE IS NO PAST QUESTION, it's just a GMAT textbook. Study your GMAT and you'll be fine. You can download gmat textbooks online.

I think this might help.

For those that have written the assessment test, if you don't get a response within 2-3 weeks max, it is either you are successful or close to being successful. They send mails to people that didn't pass at all after 1-3 weeks. They then send subsequent mails to people that narrowly miss the cutoff mark after, say 3 weeks to 1 month. In that, they'd keep your record and invite you if there is any open position as a contract staff.
