Putin just won Russian presidential election, amidst complaints of widespread irregularities. Comparing it to Nigeria's, I wonder which is worse? My thinking is Russian democracy is worse than ours. Putin would want to be a life president, all things being equal. I actually think he will rule for another 2 terms I.e till 2020. |
