Hi everyone I know this question may sound simple, but it is really hard to find people willing to support local NGO's in Nigeria. We are a Non Profit Organization based in Awka, Anambra State sponsoring 20 children (so far) by paying their school fees. We would like to find not only international support but also sponsors in NIGERIA but it seems to be harder to get Nigerians motivated to donate. Does anyone have experience with it? How do you recommend approaching people? Who to approach? Why do Nigerians not support local projects? Pls. Advice |
