Is it possible for the National Assembly to enforce the full implementation of a signed or unsigned budget? when according to the executive the Presidency, they can only advise and enact laws and perform over sight functions, such as the most of these toothless investigations and "TV shows" probes power, foreign affairs capital market, pension et al, while the executive is stating that they would perform this miracle/feat in 9 or less months and the massive stinking corruption in all the ministries departments and agencies and amongst civil servants and public servants, isn't this just another way by which the GEJ regime is trying to fight the war for corruption.

Just to add more insult to injury I heard a statement about the level of corruption by the senate president where he tried to make him or paint him self clean making inferences by saying the government of the day, looking at it, he forms or maybe we have to remind him that the arm of govt he superintends over is also an arm of this clueless govt., what a pity
