Barely two months after Mr Olusegun Aganga,the minister of Trade and Investment announced on national televisions during a reform visit to CAC on the facilitation of registration procedures of new businesses in the country, he promised that the winners of the #YOUWIN programme will be contacted and mobilised 72 hours after the result as been announced, today is 21 days after the announcement of the result, winners are still yet to be contatted nor given the grant, nothing the government or civil service touches in this country work.

The YouWiN Presidential award ceremony will hold on the 12th of April, 2012. Awardees that have been invited and have confirmed attendance should check their emails for further instructions on logistics.

A subset ( not all) of the winners were invited to grace that Presidential award .so it's no biggie if your friend wasnt contacted cos i have peeps who won but were not contacted . .yes i agree there has being a delay in the general process . .but that does not make it a scam . .Just tell your friend who won to prepare for his verification process coming up soon . . . .
