if am to trade this pair i can't long this pair but will wait for 4tf on macd to turn bearish then sell, already 30tf and H1 confirm to sell but waiting for H4 to which i prefer most

It may not have been on expected news cos the expected was figured better than previous. That said, yes, we were at a weekly resistance so the news helped with the retracement. however, everything about gu still points for a bullish mark of 1.6290.
