My advise for you is that you shouldn't apply unless you already have oga at the top insisting you should apply or you're the only graduate in your state. My reason is because it might disqualify you because there are many other candidate applying with good grade and extra qualification from your town. Applying without NYSC discharge certificate might disqualify you. Save your money and apply 2014. I had similar issues when I was still serving and was told to apply when my discharge certificate is ready.

go to Ecobank. The document wey them need include Nysc discharge cert, university cert., state of Origin cert primary school cert, birth cert and other professional cert (file size 1000kb or below) and your passport (file size 100kb or below)
