Yes, Hazard does slow the game down sometimes by cutting back on his right foot when he could pass across goal with his left (e.g. for the goal against Man City), but his good decisions far outweigh the times when he does that. Even in yesterdays game, when he did cut back, he still found Ramires and Willian with good passes to score but they fluffed it.
