There have been a lot of interpretation to this, Nigeria's constitution allows an elected Head of state to serve two term of four years each in office. Does this mean that He is qualified to contest again in the next coming election?

Yes he is qualified. . .

Two terms of Four years. . Did you vote for him in 2007 or for Late Yaradua (salla Allah alaihi wa sallam). . . He is constitutionally allowed to contest in 2015.
