The underlisted are part of the companies indicted by the House of Representatives committee probing the misappropriation of the Petroleum Subsidy Fund and have been required by the House to refund N8,664,352,554.00.
IBAFON OIL
Ibafon Oil Limited is a private Limited Liability company incorporated in Nigeria on 10th of March 1998, and commenced business in 1999. Area of core competence over the years has been construction & leasing of tanks.
IBAFON OIL LIMITED presently runs 31 million litre capacity Tank Farm at Ibru Jetty Complex, Apapa, Lagos, Nigeria for the storage and marketing of select petroleum products. It operates service stations in Ibadan, Oyo State and in Kaduna.

Were is Oando? May GOd help dis nation,I think nigeria is not ready for sanitasation, we once had an d chance to clear up all dis mess by d masses and not legislative through one week protest we lost it,

2. Americans has been clamouring and prediting de disintergration of nigerians but eat there words back amazed @ calm of d nation dat is soaked in corruption after one week protest. Till date I could predit nigeria 1week occupy left d world power inbetween two line.

Dey said" oppurturnity comes but once"but here comes d second oppurturnity for GOOdluck ebele jonarthern to claim his second tearm bid Gej has to clean up d country or loose his bid, he has nothing to beg for d masses vote if not FUEL SUBSIDY SANITISATION(FSS).

I think you need to be careful when going after large companies. These companies employ many Nigerians and add alot to the economy of the country. Oando is one of those companies. If Oando needs to be punished it must be done in a manner that keeps the company productive and expanding, while focusing on punishing the shareholders. However, while making sure it remains in private local hands as the gov't is not able to properly run a company due to institutionalized corruption.
