What is the basic difference between the way Puyol and Xavi and Casillas left the club.

Puyol (after the go down low incident with Di Maria) and the slow poke pace of Xavi decided to leave on their own VOLITION.
Casillas despite under performing for 3 seasons and casuing a rift in the dressing room refused to look else where.

Even Raul as great as he was accepted the bench and even left the club for somewhere else to further his career. Look at how he was honoured.
