Try investing on land it's value never depreciates and i don't mean in already developed areas coz i doubt your money is that much. Find areas with potentials ie forseeable booming trade, road network. They're usually cheap now but when things blow up there in the nearest future big companies will need land..then u can make a fortune. Happy Investing.
