It says a lot about the decaying standard of education in Nigeria when someone who wants to 'show people Enugu' goes around taking photos of roads, taxi cabs and derelict buildings.

Have you NEVER seen a tourist brochure before? There is NOTHING in any of these photos that is not present in all the other states in Nigeria. What happened to pictures of tourists attractions, picturesque sightings and highlands, lakes, resorts, scenic villages, idyll countrysides etc?
