Folks iv applied wit conso before. Dey dont do it in batches. The fifteen people dey av called is the fifteen they will need. They need just one person... They may a certain money I will not disclose... Hotel for three months in the new location... They paid us transport during our time... I knw everything they wud ask and what they are looking for... If any of the fifteen requires information the person shud reach me on. I knw d writing question they will ask u and even one other thing they wud ask. JUST A TOKEN IS WHAT YOU WILL PAY. Well congratulations... I did there test last year... Dey called 50 of us... We did the test, writte & dey gave us TP while leaving... 15 of us were called bak & dey picked just 1 for there Ijebu ode office.

I will just help u out without taking anything. When u get there be prepared cos u will write a test & u will do interview same day.

U will be asked to write on an A4 paper what u think u can offer that company. U will be askd to score urself on a personality test same day... That aspect is hard. Its like luck... Cos after u mark the personality stuff u might get A for urself or B or C or D or F... Dnt shade or cancel... Or change afta u av marked... Just mark bt be careful before marking.

Aftad den, d 15 of u wud be called inside for interview & the person dey pick, usually 1 wud resume on the first Monday of August... Three months hotel & a salary of 130,000.


Typical questions:
1) what makes u different from others?
2) latest brand of consolidated brew?
3) Hw much do u wanna get paid?
4) what department wud u like to work?... Pls d dept u chose durin d test is what u wud say... If they say the dept is nt available, say dats the dept u wud fit in... They might say which other dept do u like... Just say no other one but that one & give dem reasons cos if u change mouth dey always believe u dnt knw wat u want. Any oda thing?

Best of luck with ur gtb interview. When did u write d test? Was ur cut-off 60 or 66? I did my 1st interview a month ago waitin 4 d 2nd one. Heard they still have close 2 90 applicants on ground waitin 2 enter trainin skul.

Kunle pls also talk to like three people who works wiith gtb. Pls do dat too to get info.
