I have been having this debilitating pain on both my knee joints for over two years now
which the Doctor had diagonised as "rheumatoid arthritis" He continues to prescribe
pain killing drugs such as Ibuprofen to no avail.The joints get worse and swollen making
walking painful and difficult especially when I travel on a long distance in a bus where
I cannot fully stretch my legs.
I should be grateful if anyone who knows about any permanent cure to this

I am really sorry for that condition you find yourself. I will like to tell you a story not to discourage you but so you can make a good choice. I remember vividly when i was in school, a very dear and close friend of mine had it and all the symptoms you are talking about what was she felt sometimes crying on the bed throughout the night, it was terrible after about two years of swallowing different drugs it happened that her system could no longer release waste she had to undergo blood transfusion every 2weeks and later kidney transplant but died before that time all because we were ignorant of certain things.

A few years ago while in California I had it in my right knee along with other symptoms of a severe auto-immune disorder but it was gone after about 3 months in naija - change of environment. OP don't go to pastors or imams. Try experimenting with changes in your diet and/or environment which has once worked for me as I found ibrupofen to be useless (there is as yet no permanent western cure; go local) and exercise and massages to increase the pain. Someone once suggested that I should consume ginger frequently to balance the immune system since the condition is a manifestation of a very strong immune system attacking its body proteins.
