Please why is it that most people don't like Big Daddy Camry. I want to buy it but people have discouraged me so much. They prefer pencil light and fish eye.

Please If u have had a bad experience with Big Daddy (Camry.2003-2006) Camry. Please share it with me.

Please this post does not mean I am discouraging whoever wants to buy it. Every advice is highly appreciated.

Please let me also know the cost of the tokunbo V6 engine and the gearbox.

Simple.

I had the 06 model last year,the engine is sound,the engine cost between 400K to 450K,there is no problem with the car provided you get an XLE or SE.I never had any problem with it baring the legs which is a general problem for toyota cars. If you want to buy please go for it

The 2006 - 2011 Toyota RAV 4 and also the 2001 - 2011 Toyota Highlander SHARES the same 4 CYLINDER Engine with the Camry.


The engine was changed in 2009 from 2.4lr to 2.5lr.Also If you come across the XLE you will fall in love with it.What you see around is the LE

Bro, i have used the 2006 Big daddy before, and it was super, i guarantee you will never open the bonet unless u wishes to check the radiator water..so cheap to maintain, also my friend bought the EOD Of the 2004 model, and he kept complaining till he sold it off to buy this same big daddy, Bro, i will advice you to go for the camry,i guarantee you with perfection.Big daddy is a very very very good car

My wife hates it cos the inside is empty! Especially the radio etc area

However, mechanical Wise, It is very SOUND and Cheap to Maintain.

The car is so unnecessarily big with poor interior and it looks sluggish.The voltron model has more respect than this toy.

The xle is superb. The six cylinders engine is cheaper to replace too. U will enjoy it definitely. Though the interior is not so fascinating.

The car is big and Nigerians expect a commensurate packed/aero dashboard to go with the size but got dissapointed with the few buttons, bus type board and they christened it....big for nothing.

big daddy's camry doesn't have second value and it gets old and shapeless quickly

For me it is just the design, especially the back. Generally Toyota cars are sturdy and efficient.
