1. Under a dictatorship, one has only one group of crooks: the dictator and his cronies.
2. In a democracy instead, you have thousands of groups of crooks: lawmakers, judges, senators,the President and his cabinet, ministers, mayors, CEOs, human resources directors, insurance companies, lawyers, police, Union leaders etc. ! undecided
