Like I heard when this issue was talked about here on NL, no you can't although they said the Supreme Court is currently reviewing the case, in the case of one Anambra state governor who challenged the constitution. IMO, I think you can, I'll say go for it, when you get to that bridge, you'll know how to cross it. Although the clause in our Constitution is so complicated and twisted with gibberish that it's confusing.
