Recently it was in the news that Gov. T.A. Orji of Abia State empowered 500 youths with Keke Napep. In Ukwa West L.G.A, the council's boss distributed the keke to each of the ward councilors instead of the jobless youths in the L.G.A.. My fellow Nairalamder, with the level of corruption, greed, selfishness and wickedness in Nigeria, where are we heading to? |
