Job Description :
Managing the premises on a daily basis

Management of junior staff which includes compiling of staff rosters, stock control, placing orders, etc

Managing the bar, restaurant and conference areas, along with general hotel and reception duties


Job Title : Assistant Manager (Hotel)
Experience : 1 - 3yrs
Job Description :
Assists in making decisions on the everyday operations of the hotel.

Oversees all departments, such as kitchen, maintenance or housekeeping.

Hire, train and supervise other members of the staff.

Ensures records are updated and stocks are ordered when necessary

Performs administrative and clerical tasks.
