Off course I knw its abuja,but how does the president fills about the whole netwrk failure, am sure he was embaresd dat no body was able to call in, or was it a calculated effort to block d rubish calls? |

If there was so much traffic then the line may have been clogged, just like website traffic can actually crash a site so to can call traffic clog a line |
