control ledger accounts are used 2 rcord either credit sale or credit purchase. 2) It state d debtor or creditor balances. 3) Type of control ledger account: Sale control ledger account or purchase control ledger account. 4) format for sale ledger account: DR opening bal, credit sale any other items dat wil increase d debt of dt customer.
