The interview is one of the most essential action in the job search process. Most employers do not hire people based on merit alone. Personality, confidence, enthusiasm, a positive outlook, excellent interpersonal and communication skills count heavily in the selection process. When you’re searching for a job and find yourself very negative with your interview then you can put yourself at a distinct advantage by following these basic tips. Look at the following pionts:
Research about company
Before you go for any job interview, you should research on the company as possible. Search the company name into google and see their details. Usually every company has a website, visit their website. See if they have Facebook and Twitter presence as well and what other people say about them.

Prepare interview questions
Before going for the interview you should prepare a list of questions and answers by yourself. If you want to ask questions to the company representative then do not miss the opportunity to ask question of your own. If you have any problem in understanding their services then ask from them that you search on their website. They wil impressed with your research.
Carry necessary documents
Do not miss to carry your necessary educational and experience documents. You can adust your documents and certificates in an ideal file on the basis of higher to lower qualification. You should also carry your identification cards. Do not cheat them. Be honest to show up your documents.
Be Well Dress Up
Your look is the first impression so dress code is more important for interview. Generally show up in a suit and look like a professional and hireable. Your good looking shows your first impression to the interviwer. So when you go for a interview dress up well and should be pressed.
Try to Arrive early
you should arrive on the interview place half an hour early. It should reduce to be late. Stand beside the building of company or go in the company and sit in the waiting area as possible and read your notes that you prepare for the interview.
Always Be confident
When you meet your interviewer, smile and offer a handshake with eye conatct. Anything less than this will make you seem timid and awkward and will set the interview off on the wrong foot from the outset. Sit up straight and do not fiddle with your clothes or any other objects such as a pen. Speak clearly and try to answer all questions with confidence.
Remember interviewer name
If you have multiple interviewers then it can be difficult to remember all of their names. When they introduce themselves to you and offer to shake your hand, make sure you repeat the name back to them. For example, say, "Richard, nice to meet you." This is a neat little trick that helps you remember names.
