Do other states hv to make complaint before they are paid state allowance? U guys should go and find rest abeg.

shut the hell up, if at your age you can't adopt a political approach to solve a political problem then what is the whole essence of your education?? Incase it has not occured to you, the state governments are not obliged to pay you any money, whatever is expected of them is discretionary, they can choose to pay or not to pay. Besides, they are not the only ones that are not paying corpers if realy that is the case. . So face your NYSC program and get out when you are true, they obviously do not appreciate your whining and grudgings. . Little wonder they wont pay you.
