The MVP award was a straight fight between him and Pirlo but he put on a show last night(was voted Man of the Match) while Pirlo was just lost in Spanish triangles. Perhaps, that tilted the award his way.

I think they should have created a "Humilty" award for this tourney because i don't know how being humble has anything to do with what is played on the field of play.
