Try attending oil and gas courses if u want a career in the industry. Start from softwares that apply to your discipline, attend HSE courses cuz its one short cut to employment and keep reading professional magazines. U did well 2.2 is not a bad degree, the bad degree is ur own level of competence in real situations. ECLIPSE, PETREL, PROSPER are softwares that will help u a lot.
