If you average all the prices quoted in that link, you have £836.50 (around 220,000 Naira) per person. 1 million Naira can easily cover the flights and ''pocket money'' of 2 or 3 persons and that's just being conservative. Once in Yemen, their sponsors can pay for their daily upkeep and flight back home.
