@vickyhandsome, do u knw that there are times when they even take just one candidate per state? I don't want to sound as if i know better than all in the house and other followers bt this is the logic. 3 Cadets , 5 ASO and 7 Detectives per state. The higher the rank and qualification, the smaller the chances of entry. I only hope we all make it. Hope Alive.
