Hey guys I'm getting so addicted to peanut butter, is anyone out there also having the same problem? if yes how harmful is peanut butter to my health. |

How is that a problem? Throw in some garden-eggs to go with the peanut butter and you have most of the fixing for a "GLORIOUS DAY". Enjoy!! |

i also like the stuff but i'm aware of the high calorie content, its very fattening, so it is not for weight consious people. |

For health reasons, I learnt instead of peanut you can switch to almondnut or cashewnut |
