state should not hand over vehicle to the police, this is not how is done. the state should own the vehicle and rent it out to the police, with the logo on each vehicle stating this is the properties of the abia or lagos state govt. You can set up a Lagos state police properties unit. And buy and rent out to the police. But to be honest with you. You need a state police.. And nigeria need state police.. Which is what is done all over the world. |
