EMS Speed Post Tracking Problem by elseohjay(m): 12:22pm On Jul 19, 2012
Hi guys,

I have requested my siblings back in naija to send me a parcel here in Canada. They have sent it via EMS speedpost since last week. The problem is the parcel which is supposed to take 5 working days max to deliver is no where to be found. I have used the tracking number they provided to track it on the http://www.emsng.com/ website but it keeps saying the item does not exist. Canada post doesn't recognize the tracking number either. I am in a serious dilemma here as I need the document enclosed to sort out an urgent bussiness here within the next day or 2. I heard there's a guy in one of the Lagos post offices who 'helps' people to track such items for a small 'settlement'. I am thinking this might be a fraud. Surely there must be way I can track the item otherwise what's the point in providing a tracking number and online link to track items if this is not working.

Anyone has experience like this before and how I can track down my item. I am desperate here.

Thanks
